With the arrival of Emerson Royal at AC Milan, the way was clear for the departure of defensive all-rounder Pierre Kalulu. On Wednesday evening, Juventus announced the finalization of the agreement and loaned the 24-year-old for a season. The Bianconeri then have an option to buy the Frenchman with a market value of 20 million euros.
As confirmed by the Old Lady in a statement, the loan fee is €3.3 million, before €14 million would be due in the event of a permanent commitment. In addition, €3 million in bonuses are possible. Kalulu arrived from Lyon in 2020 for €1.4 million and has only played 370 minutes in Serie A in 2023/24 due to injury.
