It’s usually a good idea to complete a European Championship like this, but sometimes it just doesn’t make sense. If a goal is already scored in the semi-final which is so beautiful that it overshadows everything that follows, the final hardly needs it anymore.

As a result, the current euro should disappear immediately. What England’s Alessia Russo just did against Sweden with heel and ball shouldn’t be outdone.

As the Lionesses were leading 4-0 shortly before the end and will therefore definitely be in the final, it might be worth playing the tournament to the end. Who knows what else Alessia Russo intends to do with us in the final.
