Liverpool FC are more unlucky with injuries this season than almost any other top team. The Reds are currently without Andrew Robertson, Thiago, Alexis Mac Allister and Diogo Jota, among others.
In the high-profile match against Arsenal FC, left back Kostas Tsimikas also left the field early due to injury. The Greek was injured in the strangest way possible.
After a duel with Bukayo Saka on the sidelines, Robertson’s representative, Jürgen Klopp, was unlucky to clear the ball. The coach suffered no major pain. However, Tsimikas had to be replaced after a short treatment.
The severity of the upper body injury remains to be determined. But this could certainly be the most absurd injury of the current (Site notre bureau spécialisé) year. LFC is really anything but lucky this season.
