New offer
Bayern Munich winger Sadio Mané’s potential move to Al-Nassr FC in the Saudi Pro League is gaining momentum. After reports of an agreement between the transfer of the 31-year-old Munich king last summer and Ronaldo’s club, only the « go » of the record champions seems to be missing. In order to achieve this as soon as possible, Al-Nassr has now apparently increased his offer – and could bring the Bundesliga club an unexpected transfer plus.

So far, it has been said that at least 30 million euros are required on Säbener Straße for the Senegalese, who came from Liverpool in 2022. Al-Nassr has now clearly exceeded this pain threshold, the TV channel reports”SCS“. As a result, the club from the Bavarian capital want to make a €40m bid for Mane, but are pushing for a decision by the end of the month at the latest.
If FC Bayern did, the left winger, for whom 32 million euros was transferred to Anfield Road last year, would complete a huge transfer over eight million euros. In this case, Mané would also climb into the top 3 of the most expensive Munich sales. His market value, which once peaked at €150m, has dropped from €70m to €25m in the past year. According to the « CBS » report, the Al-Nassr player will receive a huge salary of 40 million euros per year.
In 38 competitive appearances in his debut season at FCB, Mane scored twelve goals and provided six more assists – but neither Julian Nagelsmann nor his successor Thomas Tuchel could earn a regular berth. Especially in the second half of the season, he often didn’t go beyond short missions. The low point of his first season was an incident with Leroy Sané in the Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City: Mané apparently punched his team-mate in the face and was subsequently sanctioned by the club, even then there were heated discussions in the TM community about the player’s future.
Since then, at the latest, the legal (Site notre bureau spécialisé)er has had a hard time in Munich: “He did not live up to expectations. The competitive situation is extremely high for him with Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry, so we have a constellation that makes it very difficult for Sadio. The player knows it too, he knows my opinion and that of the club,” Tuchel said recently during the reigning champions’ training camp.
