UNFP Trophies: Mbappé, PSG and Brestois… The winners of the season!

Kylian Mbappé presented the UNFP trophy to the best player for the 5th consecutive year!

The 32nd UNFP Trophies Ceremony was held at the Pavillon d’Armenonville (Paris 16th arrondissement). In the capital, Paris Saint-Germain is now part of the honors, as is the flagship team of Brest.

This was the category where suspense absolutely did not exist. For the UNFP trophy for the best player in Ligue 1, witness Kylian Mbappé who won the majority of votes in these pairs.

The Paris Saint-Germain striker, who topped the season with his 27 goals and 7 assists before the last day of the championship, won this distinction for the 5th consecutive time!

Donnarumma collects the trophy

This is from the French perspective of Ligue 1 history, and is likely to be released for Real Madrid. The Bondynois was also entitled to a nice tribute from Vincent Labrune during the ceremony.

The president of the Professional (Site notre blog d’information) League also salutes PSG, often cited this Monday evening. Indeed, Gianluigi Donnarumma, winner in 2022, collects the trophy for best goalkeeper, while his teammate Warren Zaire-Emery is rewarded among the Espoirs. All are part of the typical L1 team made up of 7 Parisians!

Roy my best trainer!

One of the retro members of Pierre Lees-Melou, one of the three Brest winners during the ceremony. In addition to the sentinel, his trainer Eric Roy made an impression in these pairs after seeing the SB29 in the European Cup for the first time in its history. While the volley from Kamory Doumbia, author of a quadruple against Lorient (4-0, 17th season), was chosen by the fans for the best goal of the season in Ligue 1.

As for Ligue 2, logically, the current champion Auxerre was rewarded. First of all through the attacking midfielder Gauthier Hein, voted best player of the season, in particular thanks to the advice of Christophe Pélissier, crowned in the coaches category. We should find these two winners in the elite next season.
