Reinforcement for the offensive
KRC Genk have announced their first transfer this winter. Right winger Yira Sor bolsters the Jupiler Pro League leaders’ attack. The 22-year-old comes from Czech Fortuna Liga side Slavia Prague and signed a contract at Genk until 2027. The fee for the Nigerian, initially tied until 2026, is said to be 6.5 million euros, which which means it becomes the second most expensive purchase in the club’s history from the Belgians.
